Project Manager - Sales Contract Migration

Your Key Responsibilities Would Include:Project manage the migration of sales contracts to the new entities under Value Chain Transformation (VCT) including:Building and maintaining detailed project plansExecuting day-to-day project management activities on key initiativesEnsuring project measurement metrics are developed, tracked and reportedIdentifying, mitigating, prioritizing, managing, resolving project issues, constraints, dependencies and risksClearing obstacles, bird-dogging tasks and team member accountability, and escalating issues, as requiredInterfacing independently with cross functional teams (legal, commercial management, IT, finance)Ensuring all corporate contracting policies are followedTracking project deliverables using the appropriate toolsScheduling and leading weekly status meetings, capturing the most critical subject matters in a weekly agendaPreparing project status reports for key stakeholders, defining progress, problems and solutionsMaintaining progress reports to report back to stakeholders and senior managersEducation & Experience Necessary For Success:Bachelor’s Degree or related project management experiencePossess relevant Project Management CertificationsThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experienceExcellent attention to detail, quality, process, and organizationPrior experience in working with contracts and Salesforce.com preferredAbility to multi-taskExcellent communicator and be able to manage complex project workflows within short timelines with confidenceExperience with Microsoft office products, advanced Excel spreadsheet manipulation a plusMust be able to meet tight deadlines and flexibly prioritize projects on a daily or weekly basis as neededAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues in a results, team-oriented environmentConducting formal and informal presentations to project teams and/or stakeholdersInfinera is an equal opportunity employer.
