Senior Manager SAP Basis & Security

Responsibilities include managing a team of SAP Basis and SAP Security administrators to support the SAP landscape and satellite systems that supports various functions around the world.  This position will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, SME advice, and direction to the SAP Basis Administrators & Security team, IT Support Analysts and Business Functions.  Position will require deep technical knowledge for system troubleshooting, problem solving, capacity planning, and performance optimization to manage the SAP system.  Position will be responsible for managing governance and compliance of the SAP systems and related processes.  Position will need to interface and manage key vendors related to SAP interfaces and support.Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Ability to build and lead a team.Ability to partner with IT and Business stakeholders on current and future initiatives.Deep technical knowledge and understanding of SAP ERP, reporting, integration, and supporting systemsExperience with SAP Global ECC, S/4, BW, BOBJ, PI/PO, MII, FIORI, BPC, SOLMAN, GTS and GRC.Strong technical skills in SAP installations, troubleshooting, upgrades, system copies, client copies, SAP performance tuning, applying patches, backups and restores.Develop and maintain third party interfaces and connections including Finance, Sales and Manufacturing systems.Strong technical knowledge of SAP Security and concepts.Experience with maintaining SOX governance and compliance.Ability to manage third party vendors and contracts.Strong customer services skills.Strong written and verbal skills.Ability to properly document data flows & system architectures.Excellent troubleshooting skills.Education & Experience Necessary For Success:BS in Computer Science or related field At least 8-10 years of SAP hands-on experienceAt least 3-5 years of management experienceSAP related certifications a plus#LI-DW1Infinera is an equal opportunity employer.
