Your responsibilities will include:Work with Technical Leaders to enable scalability for the team to execute by streamlining project tracking through rigorous interaction with all leads and making sure there is accountability for each taskContinuous risk assessment and management through working with external vendorsTrack and report on weekly progress of development milestonesIdentify recurring problems and create an action plan to address themEnsure capture and tracking of action items and follow up to closure with clarityDevelop a strong and positive working relationship will the all stakeholders based on responsiveness, clear communication, and serving their specific needs at any given timeTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals using appropriate toolsMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisReport project status and information to management team on a regular basisInitiate, manage and deliver post project reviewsCompetencies Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and in scopeDemonstrated program management acumen and disciplineProven success with building relationships with different stakeholdersStrong leadership skills and decision-making abilitiesAgile and flexible to change, while being able to work effectively and decisively under pressureSelf-motivated, innovative and analytical with strong attention to details and accuracyHighly organized with the ability to prioritize tasksExcellent communication skills, ability to bridge cultures across global sites, capable of summarizing and explainingFamiliarity with defect tracking tools, workflows, test case management tools, agile tools and project toolsExpertise in MS Project, Excel (VBA is a plus)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsEducation and ExperienceBSc in a technical field - EE/CS majors preferred; MSc is a plus5 - 10 years of Project/Product management experiencePMP Certification desirableExperience in telecommunication industry a plusInfinera is an equal opportunity employer.
