The successful candidate should have analytical skills, be extremely detailed oriented, able to drive to deadlines, have a data analytics background and experience managing a contract renewal and or renewal annuity business. He/She will be responsible for:Managing Infinera’s global maintenance service renewal programOversea the progress of Supporting Service Business teamith preparation of quotes for the renewal of Infinera customer service entitlement contractsEnsure all relevant details are completed in maintaining Salesforce.com renewal opportunities to track renewals from quote to purchase order receiptEnsure all relevant activities associated with entering Service Renewal quote transactions in Infinera’s SAP ERP system are completedCreate, Analyze and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to the program.
