You will take a lead role to gather and sanitize this information for our Executive Leadership Team and other key stakeholders as we drive the business forward. Based in Lisbon, Portugal you will be a remote member of our Global Sales Operations team. Infinera Lisbon is our main Regional Hub in Europe and a critical part of the Global team providing industry-leading transformation in the world of communications.Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:Prepare weekly ELT DashboardUpdate regional sales manager score cardsTrack Funnel trending, validation, etc.End of quarter analysis on key trendsProgress compared to Company annual goalsBookings and margin versus targetsRevenue forecast reportingForecast accuracyOrder LinearityProduct related info – lead time, backlogWin Loss dataAd hoc activities to support ways to improve the timeliness and accuracy of the data integrity in SalesforceProvide support for all user groups via Salesforce.com including to build and maintain reports, dashboards and KPIs metricsRegular discussion between business and IT teams to help implement new Salesforce technologies and improve the Salesforce experience for our global usersOrganize and host Salesforce training sessions on a 1-on-1 basis, as well as host larger group training sessions, both virtually and in-personMinimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 2+ years of experience working in a Data Analysis Role.2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com as well as MS Office and ExcelBachelor’s degree or higher with a business-related focus is required; analytical background.Ability to effectively present qualitative and quantitative information and respond to questions from managers, employees, and coworkers.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in dynamic situations.Ability to synthesize complex or diverse information; collect and research data; utilize intuition and experience to analyze data and solve problems.Requires an individual who is detailed oriented with superb organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.Monitors and checks own work for accuracy and quality.Requires an ability to be flexible and adaptable with work schedule and demands to meet strict deadlines under no or minimal supervision.Telecom industry experience preferred, but not required.Have a strong desire to learn – you are energized when new features and technologies become available and eager to understand them and maximize their potential.Ability to work independently or on a team, support team objectives, take initiative and promote a positive team spirit.Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologiesExcellent interpersonal and oral communication skillsAbility to perform in a fast-paced, fast-changing work environment#LI-GA1Infinera is an equal opportunity employer.
