Assistant Manager - Intercompany

Experience: -5 to 8 years with at least 3 years’ experience managing the team.Responsibilities:-•    Journals as part of Breaks management•    Intercompany reconciliation, eliminations and settlement•    Continuous Process Improvement•    Data Controls•    Project support•    Senior stakeholder management•    Compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) controls•    Compiling dashboard and tracking the progress on Statutory Financials and audit for various entities in the region•    Support Balance Sheet Control in global control initiativesQualification:-•    Qualified Accountant – CA Inter, CMA or M.Com/MBA•    Experience in a month-end or quarter-end focused reporting role•    Knowledge and understanding of the key accounting principles under USGAAP•    Strong excel skills•    Experience of having worked in a Group reporting role focused on external reporting•    Previous experience with having used either SAP and Blackline•    Good analysis and problem solving skills•    Strong control awareness. Infinera is an equal opportunity employer.
