Roles & Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day activities of the global FP&A consolidation and reporting team (3).Plan and forecast the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.Responsible for the long term indirect model cash flow planning and forecasting– Weekly revenue and standard margin, Monthly full Income statement, Annual Operating Plan and Long-Term Business Model.Create and track key operational performance metrics (All Financial KPI’s).Work with the team to understand the current process and help in standardization of process, constantly looking for ways to automate processes where practicable.Adopt a lean approach to processes and procedures so the team is operating at a constant high degree of efficiency.Contribute to system projects and process Improvements initiatives and support global initiatives from FP&A perspective.Required to attend meetings at various time zones. Be responsible to lead and attend calls and resolve issues or understand new process when needed.Provide a value and service that is customer orientated.Plan, organize and coordinate with internal and external auditors.Hire, motivate, train, mentor and retain a world class FP&A /financial modeling staff.Accept the new challenges with good attitude.Experience Necessary for Success:15+ years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analysis functions, optimally in a public high-tech hardware and software company.Professional Accounting qualifications with 10+ years’ experience in a multi-billion, multinational business preferably in the Tech sector.Advanced understanding and experience of planning and forecasting the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow).Extensive experience on long term indirect model cash flow planning and forecasting– Weekly revenue and standard margin, Monthly full Income statement, Annual Operating Plan and Long-Term Business Model.Strong analytical skills and advanced financial and operational modeling skills (SAP/PBC/Hyperion Planning /Microsoft Excel Power Point, and power BI.Strong experience with compiling the MD& A section of the 10Q.Strong experience preparing the quarterly earnings script.Very strong people management skills including managing people remotely.Ability to manage key relationships with peers, more senior management, third parties and other stakeholders.Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally.The ability to collaborate with numerous cross functional teams is vital.Very strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic multinational environment.Strong delegation skills are critical.Excellent problem solving abilities.Comprehensive knowledge of US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).Education Necessary: Candidates must have MBA and (CPA or CMA)#LI-DW1#LI-RemoteInfinera is an equal opportunity employer.
