The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company’s incentive plans, the Company’s financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.Infinera also offers paid leave, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), ESPP,life, and disability insurance and toeligible employees.Electro-Optical Product Validation and Test Development EngineerAllentown, PA, United StatesFull-TimeEssential Functions / Key Responsibilities Participate in product validation and test for Infinera’s GX series networking equipment and XR coherent optical subsystemsDesign and develop product manufacturing test software for automated testingDefine and configure required test instrumentation and hardwarePartner with product team in developing test solutionsDevelop and support automated manufacturing test infrastructurePartner with engineering staff to define and implement detailed testability requirementsHelp drive end to end test yield improvements and test time reduction effortsEducation / ExperienceBS or MS degree in science or engineeringPrevious experience in developing test and measurement solutions for electrical and optical components or subsystems is beneficialKnowledge / Skills / AbilitiesTest and measurement experienceProgramming well-designed efficient softwareHands-on experience with object-oriented programming languagesExperience with product secure provisioning of critical security parametersLanguage Integrated QuerySoftware debuggingProblem solvingAttention to detailDevOps tools/FrameworksTeamworkCollaborationInitiative#LI-JP1Infinera is an equal opportunity employer.
