Main purpose of the roleAs the primary overseer of quality for R&D programs in a new technology environment, the Release Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that the programs adhere to high quality standards and that their processes are constantly adapted and improved as needed. In this role, they serve as the primary point of contact for Release Managers on all matters related to quality. Additionally, the Release Quality Manager provides support to Product Lines in implementing the INFN quality system, methods, and approaches, and monitors cross-functional program quality to drive internal efficiency, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.Reporting directly to the Global Quality Director for R&D and Product Management, the Release Quality Manager plays a critical role in maintaining high levels of quality across R&D programs.Purpose of the Role:Responsible for quality and processes on release levelCounterpart of release manager related to process and quality issuesContinuously monitors cross-functional program quality to secure customer satisfactionKey Tasks & Responsibilities:Program has optimum product processes/methods in place (incl. Service, Supply Chain, M&S processes) and adequately supported and deployedDevelop program Quality Plan for each program release (inc.
