Focus on both process and tool ownership, process and equipment performance (MTBA, MTBF) improvement of die/component attach, unit process step ownership and improvement, area sustaining, product operations, and new product introduction.Responsible for offshore Assembly Contract Manufacturing (CM) of Optical bench component-attach and assembly.
