Non-CA Pay Range (Annual):$161,300.00 - $299,500.00At Infinera, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO), the Head of Manufacturing Finance will be a strong and trusted business partner to not only the CAO but also CFO and WW Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain leadership team, with contributions across strategy and day-to-day operations .The Head of Manufacturing Finance will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, profitability, end-to-end optimization opportunities, and financial transparency across the businesses. The worldwide financial scope of this role will encompass internal and external manufacturing, factory planning, supply chain, quality, organizational performance, site operations, and environmental health and safety.The Head of Manufacturing Finance must be strong at developing relationships and demonstrate the ability to lead teams directly and influence cross functionally with peers when needed. This executive should be quick to identify and leverage best practices, systems and processes to positively impact the business and P&L.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Head of Manufacturing Finance role will also include the following responsibilities:Managing a WW manufacturing finance team that supports the following:In-house fabricationIn-house assembly and testContract Manufacturing assemble and testGeneral finance support for operations (logistics, procurement, etc.)Direct reports will be a head of in-house manufacturing finance (based in Allentown, PA), and head of Contract Manufacturing/ops finance (based in Europe)In-house:  two staff in the US (one in Bay Area and one in Allentown) in addition to the head of in-house manufacturing financeContract Manufacturing/ops: team supporting CM/ops in Bangalore (one Senior Manager and three staff) in addition to the direct report in Europe)Act as the key financial and strategic business partner to the SVP Operations; helping develop and execute the long-range strategy for the company’s global operations.Role will be responsible for cradle to grave manufacturing finance, including FP&A inputs (this team will generate forecast data to be provided to the FP&A team) and strategic support for the SVP operations.Lead and manage overall Operations annual and periodic budget and forecast processes; partnering with the operations and corporate leadership teams to establish appropriate operational and financial metrics to measure / execute against for achievement of operational goals.Work with Operations to set product cost reduction targets, proactively monitor product life cycles, and ensure timely achievement of new products cost reduction targets.Drive weekly and monthly financial reporting and analysis to the Operations and enterprise-wide leadership team to ensure Infinera’s worldwide manufacturing function is meeting – if not exceeding – plan.#LI-DW1#LI-RemoteInfinera is an equal opportunity employer.
