Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:The Global Business Services (“GBS”) Commission Manager position is a People Manager role that will be responsible for leading and supervising the GBS Sales Incentive Team in the support of the end-to-end sales commission administration process. The role requires a hands-on individual with strong leadership skills who is able to work in a fast-paced team environment, is self-motivated, detail oriented and has strong analytic and problem solving skills.Additional Responsibilities:Oversee the GBS staff support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication, and administration of sales commission plans, policies and quotas in a rapidly growing and dynamic sales organization.Understand and apply the commission plans and policies consistently and provide expertise, support and training to the GBS Sales Incentive Team.Review, validate and audit monthly reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of commissions crediting and payout results.Assist the team when neccessary in troubleshooting and resolving calculation and/or data errors within Xactly Incent.Ensure that the response to compensation related inquiries from the Sales Team is managed in an effective and timely manner.Oversee the support of the Sales Promotion, bonus and SPIFF payments.Oversee the support of preparation of key monthly commission reconciliation reports including reporting of monthly commission and sales attainment metrics.Proactively identify, develop, and implement process improvements, documenting desktop procedures to achieve efficiencies and scalability.Perform configuration, testing and other support activities related to plan, quota, and policy changes as needed.What You’ll Need:Bachelor’s degree in commerce or science.Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience managing sales compensation processes.Managing and overseeing the sales compensation analyst, including supporting staff needs.Strong desire and ability to coach, develop and mentor employees.Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills.Strong business acumen, curiosity, agility and problem solving, and client centric.A passion for digitization and driving outcomes with speed and agility.Proven ability to work well independently with minimum supervision, as well as a part of a team.Adherence to highest levels of confidentiality, discretion and integrity, especially with employee data.You must love our business.
