Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About The RoleCrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to drive our iconic brand by creating and driving marketing content strategy, and driving new customer acquisition and awareness across a broad portfolio with a customer centric approach. In this role, you’ll be managing the messaging and content across web, social and materials presented by sellers and at events. We are looking for passion in the cybersecurity space, strong creative and marketing acumen, and a collaborative attitude.What You’ll DoUse performance data and metrics to drive content strategy and prioritization to guide why and when content should be madeDevelop an impactful content & thought leadership program around key themes and anchor assets to drive lead-generation, brand awareness, and earned mediaResearch and create and evolve audience personas, buyers journey and new media asset tacticsCollaborate with product marketing, editorial, field and campaign marketing teams to develop content plans and calendars Drive an audience-first mindset and create and suggest focus on assets including reports, blogs, videos, infographics, and other thought leadership content to grow top of funnel leads and brand awarenessEnsure writing style and messaging are developed and maintained with a customer centric point of viewAdvise content creators on brand consistency across content Work with executives and subject-matter experts inside and outside CrowdStrike to develop compelling contentWhat You'll NeedB.S. in English, Journalism, Business Administration11+ years of experience in building and scaling cybersecurity or technology content strategy and content creation in Content Marketing Manager and/or Product marketing management (PMM) or similar roles — B2B SaaS experience is preferredStrong writing skills and the ability to create and shape verticalized messagingExperience in the high tech software as a service cybersecurity market through content campaigns and eventsEditorial or campaigns experience a plusCreativity: Exceptional storyteller that can create well researched, actionable, and differentiated original content as well as has the desire and background to coach others on how to do the sameAbility to conduct market, competitor and persona research to gather insights and assess market opportunitiesAbility to create compelling and effective value propositions and messagingCritical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skillsStrong business acumenStrong influencing skillsEmpathetic to buyers, customers, users and sales resourcesHighly collaborative, able to work across functional teamsBonus PointsHigh-tech, start-up, rapid growth and/or publicly traded company experience.You must love our business.
