Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager of Corporate Sales Engineering (LATAM) to be part of a team responsible for changing what the security market and customers believe is possible with a next generation endpoint technology.You will oversee a team of amazing Corporate Sales Engineers (LATAM) and coach them into being more effective and successful in their careers. This team partners with our counter parts; Sales reps, to act as the technical voice in the sales process. This includes creating and delivering demonstrations of the products, gathering customer technical requirements, creating evaluation test plans, and managing the evaluation process to a successful conclusion.The ultimate goal is to build your team into the future leaders of CrowdStrike by enabling them to be their best.What You’ll Do:Create the processes for your team to deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations via web conferencing.Ensure your team is effectively delivering qualified POV’s through remote product installations and customizations.Work closely with the Sales Managers to ensure their AE Teams are effectively working with the Corporate Sales Engineer to deliver the best solution to prospects and Customers.Handle escalations from your team members or sales counterparts to ensure the prospect and customers have the best experience with the CrowdStrike solution.Demonstrate true leadership skills by enabling your team to be successful within the CrowdStrike Organization.What You’ll Need:3 years+ or equivalent experience in consulting or sales engineeringBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or relevant work experience.Previous Management or team lead experience, exhibiting ability to mentor, coach, train, and lead a groupComfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple engagements.Self-motivated and excellent organizational skills.Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally.Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution, often under duress.The ability to fully understand complex architectures and quickly identify possible gaps or opportunities for bypassing traditional security technologies.A curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit.Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration and management and endpoint security including anti-virus solutions.Malware analysis experience and Cybersecurity expertise a plus.   Fluent in English, Spanish, & Portuguese#LI-HK1#LI-DV1#LI-RemoteWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
