Now we are ready for you, an inspired onboarding specialist and customer advocate passionate about the way technical infrastructure is deployed and monitored in the cloud and on prem. As an Onboarding Specialist - an essential member of the Customer Success team, you will engage with a wide range of customers post sale and lead LogScale customers through the integration process. This starts with an internal hand-off with Sales all the way to a successful deployment, and hand-off to the sustained Customer Success Manager.
