The role includes an equally high bar for providing outstanding customer service through tier-3 Workday support. We never wear just one hat on this team, but this role will specialize in supporting and enhancing global benefits processes, advanced compensation, and other HCM functions. ResponsibilitiesConfigure business processes and notifications to specified requirements in partnership with the Total Rewards Team and HR Business PartnersBe responsible for benefits configuration, testing, and deployment.Manage benefits enrollment events, support stakeholder inquiries, monitor integrations, configure security, and develop and support functional reports.Serve as an advanced subject matter expert and provide consulting services to internal stakeholders regarding Workday HCM best practices Utilize analytical and technical skills to translate and analyze business needs and convert them to requirements, driving projects, configuring and testing the system, and delivering effective resultsEnsure integrations are operating as expected and create/run EIBs as applicableDocument internal processes and procedures to ensure system data integrity by using audit scripts and other controlsEnsure data completeness and accuracy to provide confidence in downstream reporting mechanisms and dashboardsLeverage project management and change management best practices Support the Workday Semi-Annual Upgrade and engage in testing and adoption of delivered enhancementsTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues and defects with exceptional customer serviceContinually increase personal knowledge and maintain individual development through training and researchMaintain technical and industry trend knowledge by participating in Workday Community and other forums, including on-line discussions, brainstorms, voting, training, webinars, etc What You’ll NeedBA/BS or equivalent with 7+ years HR technology experience in a global, fast-paced environment with an emphasis on high quality and creative solutions.Functional configuration expertise in Workday benefits and subject matter experience in US & International benefits.Functional knowledge of Workday compensation/advanced compensation are a plus.Functional knowledge of general HCM data management, technical knowledge of EIB data loads and data delivery, and experience with standard testing procedures.A background in developing and supporting complex calculated fields, and experience developing and supporting complex eligibility, validation, and condition rules.#LI-Remote#LI-MJ1Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
