Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:The Manager is an emerging leader in the Falcon Complete team with proven ability to lead and develop people, create and deliver value for our customers, and execute day-to-day operations. The Falcon Complete manager will focus on providing high quality experience to our customers during the critical onboarding phase. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer focus and will be the voice of the customer internally with the goal of getting the customer to realize the value of purchase quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strengths in people management, relationship development, a passion for developing staff through positive engagement and the ability to understand and focus on customer aligned goals. In support of Falcon Complete goals and objectives, the Manager will work closely with all direct reports and harness skills and expertise to ensure delivery of outstanding service for our customers while developing and motivating staff to operate at the highest levels. The Successful Candidate Is:Experienced in managing, growing, mentoring, and developing talentExperience in managing customers from various segments, regions, and sizeUnderstands sales processes with the goal of partnering with sales to provide a quick sales-to-service customer transitionPassionate about delivering customer value and successExperienced or demonstrable ability to lead people across various regions and time zonesAble to communicate and work across various levels to achieve desired objectivesAble to demonstrate ability to deliver service in line with SLAsAlways seeking ways to improve and achieve excellenceAble to assist the team with prioritization of workloadAn excellent communicator with ability to demonstrate empathy and strong decision-making abilityAble to oversee and drive projects to successful completionWhat You'll Do:Oversee the timely and successful onboarding of customers to our Global Falcon Complete MDR serviceWork closely with sales organization to deliver excellent time-to-value for customers post deal closeEnsure delivery of services across all customers in accordance with established service level agreementsServe as escalation point to stakeholders for any issues related to the successful onboarding of a Falcon Complete customerBuild strong working relationships with internal teams and build a “one-team” onboarding experience for the customerEstablish a training and development strategy to develop internal talentImplement new service offerings into onboarding experienceOversee day-to-day activities related to customer management and success, and provide situational guidance to the teamManage customer relationships and ensure prompt resolution to customer impacting issuesCreate, manage, and measure team operational processesEngage with internal CrowdStrike stakeholders effectively to address customer concernsAssist the Director in strategy setting outlining regional needs and opportunitiesInitiate, manage, and deliver projectsEstablish processes for the identification, escalation, resolution, and documentation of critical customer issuesTrack and report on key success metricsWhat You'll Need:3 or more years of customer success experience with focus on customer value and outcomes with cybersecurity products and services3-5 years of experience leading and mentoring people in rapid growth environment and transformational changesExperience in cybersecurity operations environments or experience as a leader in managed services preferredIdentity and Access Management experienceExperience and knowledge of industry leading cloud environmentsExperience with CrowdStrike products a plusEducationBS / MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity or equivalent qualifications, or experience in a related field.
