Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role The Global Events Specialist plays a critical role in bringing our brand and messaging to life through engaging and memorable events that ultimately drive demand and sales pipeline. The primary focus of this role will be to coordinate and execute assigned corporate event tasks, and tradeshows in collaboration with cross-departmental team members. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of flawless event planning and execution, effective communication, and relationship building skills. You need to be a self-starter as well as have a keen eye for details in order to achieve the defined event goals.What You’ll Do: Manage various event components, including event operations & complex logistics, venue liaison, trade show booth development, trade show marketing programs, budget management and onsite executionProject manage logistics, securing venues and exhibition space, travel, staffing and development of creative concepts.Execute internal and external event awareness and communication plan and associated deliverables. This will include email invitations, web pages, direct mail, social media, PR, and webinars among other things.Manage and reconcile budget.Help with the creation of event-focused sales engagement and enablement programs to ensure targeted audience recruitment.Execute events using best practices to ensure consistency.What You’ll Need: 2-5 years combined corporate and tradeshow event experience. Experience at a SaaS-based B2B technology company is a benefit.Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve and resolve obstacles High energy, can-do personality and ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.Strong focus on execution in a fast-paced environment with a track record of working on multiple events concurrentlyExpected travel: 30% but may increase / fluctuate based on business needsProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
