We are specifically focused on building and continuing to optimize an innovative end-to-end commerce experience for users and app sellers (partners).As we continue to develop and improve the experience of our product, we are looking for an innovative and highly motivated Senior UX Designer. In this role, you will lead the in-app CrowdStrike store, small and medium size business onboarding and console, app platform console for management of native built apps on the Falcon platform and data visualization for SaaS billing.The ideal candidate for this position will be driven and passionate about building world class products, with high urgency and accountability, and someone who enjoys working side-by-side with leadership and technical innovators. So, if you’re ready to work on unrivaled technology where your desire to be part of a collaborative team is met with a laser-focused mission to stop breaches and protect people globally, let’s talk.What You'll Do:As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead design efforts to tackle complex problems and produce innovative solutions for our users.You'll play a critical role in every step of a feature's development process from exploring early concepts to detailing the final experience.Lead the UX process and workflow, and work closely with a cross-functional team to build and ship designs.Produce high-quality creative solutions to complex problems based on research and goals.Create end-to-end user experience processes and workflows, including user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and evaluative research.Plan and lead design sessions to generate ideas or feedback both remote and in-person.Advocate for the user in projects.Work at both a detailed design level and a strategic level to support the product roadmap.Manage two direct reports; mentor team by modeling best practices and providing 1:1 development.Conduct qualitative and quantitative user experience research across multiple projects.Own persona development, testing and ongoing assessment.Deliver insights to help inform on major initiatives by conducting generative and evaluative research.Communicate insights and recommendations in a consumable, engaging way using artifacts such as reports, journey maps, personas, and other formats as appropriate.What You'll Need:8+ years’ experience.Experience with direct reports.Experience in consumer or enterprise software.Experience with interactive data visualization.Demonstrated experience in UX design, with expertise in enterprise product design, interactive data visualization, and best practices for user interface design.Knowledge of cybersecurity and experience in SaaS products is a plus.Prior remote work/distributed team experience is preferred.Experienced in designing, recruiting, and conducting customer interviews.A combination of integrity and flexibility to balance speed and rigor.Desire to solve complex problems.A strong portfolio demonstrating past work and deliverables.#LI-Remote#LI-CW1#LI-OC1Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
