Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:CrowdStrike is currently looking for a Sr. Director, Americas GSI & Telco Alliances to lead our Americas GSI & Telco Alliances organization, driving the go to market strategy and execution across CrowdStrike’s GSI and Telco partners. Success in this role will require: experience leading a GSI Alliances team with the proven ability to provide strategic direction and execute with cross functional peers, having an expert insight into the GSI landscape and the ability to identify and develop opportunities of mutual interest to CrowdStrike and the Americas GSI and Telco partner ecosystem. It will also require a candidate with strong executive presence: comfortable making executive-level presentations, navigating complex and complicated situations, working through challenges, and positively influencing senior decision makers.What You'll Do:Lead the Americas GSI & Telco Alliances team and collaborate with the sales & alliances team, marketing team, services team, and partner training/enablement team to build a fully integrated partner strategy and ecosystemDevelop and implement the overall Americas GSI & Telco partner and alliance strategy, go to market initiatives, and programs to drive CrowdStrike growthPartner closely with aligned GSI & Telco partners throughout their sales cycles and across their sales organizations to facilitate CrowdStrike’s solutions and opportunities, as well as help GSI & Telco partners build long term digital transformation platforms with CrowdStrike’s platform and servicesLead partnership business planning, co-design service development, GTM planning, and support to increase the strength of the joint offers and services developed for incremental revenue opportunities.Subject matter expert on GSI & Telco Partners; capabilities, and markets to identify pertinent trends, developments, and opportunities.Collaborate with CrowdStrike Sales & Alliances leadership teams to deliver repeatable partnership sales plays and initiatives which deliver value to our customers, identify incremental customer opportunities and assist in current sales pursuits where directed by the customer or sales teams.Focused execution with GSI & Telco Alliances team to identify target accounts which will increase engagement with GSI & Telco partner teams and drive local execution and engagement with CrowdStrike’s Americas Sales & Regional Alliances organizationLead the creation of aligned GSI & Telco partner sales plays, offerings and industry assets/solutions to specific markets for local execution and engagement with CrowdStrike Sales and Alliances field teamsEffectively lead GSI & Telco Alliances team to identify and support joint sales pursuits, engage regularly with Partner sellers and CrowdStrike sales counterparts, develop sufficient pipeline, and execute jointly to drive revenueManage all relationship interlocks: executive, sales, product development, marketing, and service deliveryCollaborate with Marketing teams to build and execute joint demand generation plansProvide leadership to CrowdStrike, GSI & Telco Partner Executives and/or regional management regarding the execution of business strategies.Build and maintain activity and performance reports and dashboardsCollaborate with counterparts in EMEA and APAC to share best practices and leverage partnership strategies and opportunities.What You’ll Need: Proven results as a leader of GSI & Telco Partners & Alliances team or a similarly relevant role within the tech space, minimum 10 years’ experience.Strong relationships across all levels, including executives at: Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Dell, Verizon, E&YA proven track record of creating innovative enterprise solutions and successful GTM plans with leading GSI and Telco partners10+ years of successful enterprise sales and partner experience managing strategic accountsA strategic thinker with a hunter mentality possessing strong organizational, presentation, and communication skillsComfortable and thrive in a fast-paced environment with hyper growth goalsConsistently demonstrate and lead with CrowdStrike’s core values#LI-CL1#LI-RemoteBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
