At CrowdStrike, the platform product group is on a mission to reinvent cybersecurity ecommerce, to expand our reach to enterprises, small and medium size business, and the security ecosystem. We are specifically focused on building and continuing to optimize an innovative end-to-end ecommerce experience for users and app sellers (partners). This is a very visible and hands-on PM role where you will interact with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and peers in Product Management. In this role, you will lead the CrowdStrike store in-console, small and medium size business console, and the app platform console for management of native built apps on the Falcon platform. In addition, this role will cover the roadmap for the technology platforms for user onboarding, product analytics, and user experience management (XM). What You'll Do:Engage cross functionally with customers, partners, product groups, sales engineering, and solution architects to collect requirements and to champion releases and guide future product direction.Define and maintain product roadmap for CrowdStrike’s Platform team in concert with leaders and stakeholders.Be responsible for internal and external communication on CrowdStrike’s platform solutions.Represent the team as the main interface for collaboration with internal business partners and actively engage with them to ensure delivery is aligned with product vision.Develop an understanding of various customer profiles by recruiting and speaking frequently with customers, prospects, and others to identify pain points, translating them into releases.Engage with organization to champion recent releases and guide future product direction.Lead customer research including user database build, user interviews, and usability studies. Conduct competitive analyses and maintain current regarding competitive activity.Assist Product Management Director with quarterly planning cadence, setting major initiatives and objectives key results. Lead monthly departmental reporting and outbound communication cadence.Collaborate with other managers and senior ICs across all product groups to create and evolve shared standards, tools and processes used by PM teams at CrowdStrike.What You'll Need:8+ years of Product Management at enterprise-level SaaS organizations. Technical product manager.Experience with building software products.Experience working with clouds, SaaS, and data platforms.Experience working on products where the customer can be both internal and external.Experience in security domain desired.BS degree in an applicable field, master’s desirable.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and technology.Strong quantitative and business analysis skills.Experience executing customer research including user database build, user interviews, and usability studies.
