Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:Reporting to the Global Alliance Programs Office as the Senior Program Manager, Global Channel & Distribution Strategy you’ll be leading the charge to transform CrowdStrike’s go-to-market distribution and solution provider partner programs. In this role, you will be tasked with designing, building, and optimizing motions with our partners to ensure they are incentivized and empowered to act as a force multiplier for CrowdStrike.What You'll Do:In collaboration with senior leadership, lead the design and execution of a global distribution strategy to help scale CrowdStrike’s reach and capabilitiesDesign, build, and lead the evolution of CrowdStrike’s solution provider and distribution partner programsDesign creative one-to-many programs and capabilities to harness the scale and reach of distributors (e.g. Support, Finance, Marketplace, Enablement)Create and drive the consistent execution of program-related field engagement models, policies, procedures, and business processes Design, build, and operationalize program governance and KPIs to measure partner performance and program adherenceWork with various cross-functional CrowdStrike teams to drive continuous improvement and process automation in support of our partner programsCultivate successful and trusted relationships with senior executives at CrowdStrike and our partnersWork with partners and alliances to solicit feedback on existing programs/processes, working to continuously drive operational efficienciesContinuously advocate for our alliance partners, ensuring ongoing alignment with broader CrowdStrike initiativesWhat You'll Need:15+ years relevant work experience in the partner/B2B ecosystem including Channel, Distribution, Global System Integrators (GSI), or Managed Service Providers (MSP/MSSP) 7+ years experience supporting distribution partners including multi-tier and cloudExperience harmonizing and unifying program components across multiple partner go-to-market channelsExperience in designing, building and optimizing global partner programs for SaaS companies Experience managing a portfolio of projects, with high attention to detail and ability to deliver to strict deadlines despite multiple ongoing projects and commitmentsFamiliarity with various business tools for pipeline management, forecasting, collaboration, and relationship management Strong engagement and conflict resolution skills, building trusting relationships across levels and functions both internally and externallyGrowth mindset, sense of curiosity and strong problem-solving skills Ability to distill large amounts of information that enables quick decision-makingRelevant Bachelor’s degree or related experience; preference for business Proven ability to work effectively with global teams with different time zones and cultural considerationsAbility to travel both domestic and internationally up to 15%#LI-CL1#LI-RemoteBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
