Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:Reporting to the Global Alliance Programs Office, as CrowdStrike’s Senior Partner Incentives Program Manager, you’ll be part of a strategic team focused on optimizing the overall end-to-end partner lifecycle across all GTM channels, ensuring mutual success between CrowdStrike and its diverse ecosystem of Partners. In this role, you will be tasked with architecting and managing a comprehensive global Partner incentive and rewards strategy for CrowdStrike.What You'll Do:Develop a comprehensive global incentive and rewards strategy in concert with various cross-functional leadership teamsArchitect, implement, and manage Partner incentive and reward programs across all of CrowdStrike’s GTMsMeasure the adoption, performance, and ROI of various incentive programs Design curated pricing and incentive strategies in concert with sales plays to accelerate partner motionsProvide management and governance to CrowdStrike’s incentive and rewards platformsOrchestrate Partner and CrowdStrike incentive enablement efforts; Ensure enablement programs are communicated, understood and executed to reinforce available contentIn collaboration with cross-functional teams, perform ongoing analysis of discounting within opportunities to understand market trends and identify opportunities for program enhancements or future incentivesWork with Partners and Alliances teams to solicit feedback on existing programs/processes, working to continuously drive operational efficienciesContinuously advocate for our Alliance Partners, ensuring ongoing alignment with broader CrowdStrike initiativesWhat You'll Need:7+ years relevant work experience in Partner/B2B ecosystem including Channel, Global System Integrators (GSI), Telecommunications (Telco), Distribution, Technical Alliances, and Managed Service Providers (MSP/MSSP) with elements of incentive management, and program/project managementExperience creating and managing global incentive and reward programs, e.g. SPIFFs and Rebates, pricebooks, and curated experiencesExperience managing contracts and legal agreementsExperience managing a portfolio of projects, with high attention to detail and ability to deliver to strict deadlines despite multiple ongoing projects and commitmentsStrong engagement and conflict resolution skills, building trusting relationships across levels and functions both internally and externallyTakes strong initiative and is a quick learner able to execute independentlyGrowth mindset, sense of curiosity and strong problem-solving skills Excellent general communication and presentation skillsAbility to distill large amounts of information that enables quick decision-makingRelevant Bachelor’s degree or related experience; preference for business and/or marketing Proven ability to work effectively with global teams with different time zones and cultural considerationsAbility to travel both domestic and internationally up to 10%#LI-CL1#LI-RemoteBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
