A Readiness Services Team Senior Consultant serves as the liaison between the customer and the CrowdStrike Services ecosystem, helping accelerate and optimize value delivery to the customer.Typical Responsibilities:Deliver incident response readiness exercises and workshops, focused on preparing CrowdStrike Services clients for breach response and cybersecurity investigationsFacilitate conversations with cybersecurity leadership stakeholders around key incident response and cybersecurity preparedness conceptsWork with clients to build high-level cybersecurity services roadmaps, scope and coordinate proactive services engagements, and aid customers in achieving their cybersecurity objectivesDevelop in-depth understanding of client strategies and initiatives and serve as a key advocate for CrowdStrike services to enhance customer successDevelop relationships with customers to share thought leadership and industry trends, review current engagements, discuss future plans and position recommended servicesCement yourself as a trusted/strategic advisor with customers and drive continued value of our services and productsAdvocate customer needs/issues cross-functionally within CrowdStrike and program-manage customer concernsMaintain current functional and technical knowledge of the CrowdStrike Services and productsWhat You’ll Need:Successful candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:Experience providing cybersecurity and/or incident response consulting servicesExperience with establishing and growing strategic relationships with managers and executivesExperience in client-facing project management with a keen eye toward customer serviceExperience working with clients in both Europe and the Middle East Experience implementing information security programs within domains such as endpoint security, cloud security, network security, threat intelligence, or security operations centersDemonstrated ability in balancing competing priorities while still maintaining focus on detailsProven track record in problem solving coupled with the analytical expertise to provide quick resolution to problemsAdditionally, all candidates must possess the following qualifications:Excellent client management skillsExceptional oral and written communication skillsStrong business acumenAbility to foster a positive work environment and attitudeAbility to travel on occasion#LI-JP2#LI-EV1#LI-RemoteBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
