Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:Ensures accurate and timely processing of Sales orders & invoicesEnsures accurate and timely processing of Professional Services projectsAddress and solve client questions and issuesFollowing company guidelines, billing procedures to ensure complianceResolving any errors or discrepancies with customer billing, or billing reportsManages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end informationAssisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reportsPrepares Monthly SOX ControlsAssisting major initiatives and process improvement projectsManages process documentationAd hoc projects, as deemed necessaryCore Competencies:Commerce graduate / MBA Finance (Master’s degree preferred)4-6 Years of Experience in PS Billing and Sales Order reviewGood knowledge of Project review and T&M billingSound Accounting knowledge and understandingGood Knowledge of customer portal setupHigh degree of attention to detailGood knowledge of MS OfficeUnderstanding of ERP.
