Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the RoleThe Director – Sales Enablement, APJ (Asia Pacific & Japan) is a strategic position responsible for directing all sales enablement activities across the region.   The successful candidate will lean on their own sales experience to deliver broad enablement services and coaching, while driving productivity through best use of sales resources, methodology and tools.  This role will be based in Australia and will focus on all of APJ Sales (both Pre-Sales, Inside Sales and Enterprise Sales). Other locations will be considered for the right candidate.  The position will report to the Vice President, Global Sales Enablement.What You'll DoDevelop & deliver strategic enablement plan for the region to drive continuous improvement in sales activity & productivity. Work closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams (GTM, Marketing, Sales Strategy) to aid in the development and deployment of sales facing training programs.Build repeatable programs to improve yield and actively monitor results.Close loop with stakeholders to ensure enablement services are delivering in alignment with business expectations, and enable smooth hand off for local leadership execution.Own & facilitate local onboarding to improve Sales Ramp.  Shape, influence and execute the global onboarding strategy, while also innovating regional approaches to improve sales ramp & readiness.  Execute local sales certification processes/procedures to confirm understanding of Corporate Pitch and other learnings.Coordinate with regional leadership to ensure Sales Reps are “field ready”.  Build and / or facilitate top notch regional training and programs based on business needs.  Make data driven decisions to determine learning gaps and develop/deliver coaching plans to improve productivityLearn the inner workings of CrowdStrike’s business value program and act as an experienced sales coach to mentor sales representatives and leaders on the mechanics of value selling.  Deploy a combination of onboarding, ever-boarding and other enablement programs to ensure consistency of methodology and identify opportunities for improvements in existing training contentWhat You’ll Need Sales Experience: 8-12 years selling experience or sales management / program experience – preferably in complex selling environments.Leadership & Communication:  A high-energy individual with a sense of humor and ability to work with a wide range of personalities; Comfortable engaging with and communicating at all levels – must be able to conduct needs assessments with sales executive leadership and assess sales skills at an individual levelFacilitation Skills: Expert training and facilitation skills (both in-person and virtual instructor led training); Exceptional and engaging communication style that drives both engagement and effective learning. Results Driven:  Effective time manager, capable of developing the strategy and executing on the tactics and supporting programs, while managing competing priorities; ability to engage in strategic sales planning and develop actionable plans.Travel:  Willing and able to travel (approximately 25-50%+) to facilitate various training programs, largely in the regionDegree: Bachelor's or Masters’ degree, or equivalent experienceBonus Points Familiarity with designing and implementing a Value Selling focused Sales MethodologyFamiliarity with the MEDDPICC sales qualification frameworkSFDC Familiarity; Ability to define sales content to relevant sales phases & activitiesExperience using cutting edge enablement strategies to drive engagement.#LI-HR1#LI-RemoteBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awards with option to participate in ESPP in eligible countriesCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangementsPhysical and mental wellness programs Paid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesAccess to CrowdStrike University, LinkedIn Learning and JhannaOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationBirthday time-off in your local countryWork with people who are passionate in our mission and Great Place to Work certified across Asia PacificWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
