Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:This is a Software Engineer position – In the Engineering Division – that delivers the infrastructure for our Falcon Identity Protection product, one of the most popular modules of our security cloud offering, the Falcon Platform SaaS.Engineers in ‘this’ team own the design and development of the code-based infrastructure upon which the identity-protection-focused development teams build, test, and integrate identity protection features for the sensor and cloud. We develop mechanisms and automation using the latest Infrastructure As Code tooling and of course, Python (with *some* Golang). We stay on top of the cutting edge of innovation in devops, and understand the latest in fundamental technology shifts, operating systems, and tooling available in these environments. The team operates under the Agile development principles and ships frequently. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a track record of high-quality dev ops work in such environments.What You'll Do:Design and develop infrastructure as code to support the development and integration of identity protection-focused cloud services.Enhance the development team's ability to efficiently produce high-quality code by providing reliable and efficient infrastructure on which the code can be built and testedUse a combination of automation and ad hoc setup judiciously to bring up a diverse range of systems and processes into reliable ‘always on’ capacity, to assure architectural quality and consistency, and to continually make the lives of our fellow engineers more productiveIdentify technical issues with deploying services and/or sensors in a diverse array of environments and work closely with the other engineering teams to root-cause issues and get them fixedWhat You'll Need: Experience automating systems and processes through IaC and Python programming in a large-scale environment.
