Job Requisition ID #22WD63277SAP SOM BRIM FICA Functional ConsultantJob DescriptionResponsibilitiesIndividual ContributorLooking for S4 Hana 19/09 or 2020 SOM/BRIM/ FICA FunctionalCertified SOM , BRIM ,FICAIntegral part of Tax Vertex StreamWorks with business stakeholders to understand, interpret, and evaluate the business requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional requirementsCritically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources and reconciles conflictsConfiguration of various functions within OTC in both ECC and S4 1909 ,2020 ( SOM,BRIM,FICA)Configuration of various functions within FI, such as: New GL, Document Splitting, Intercompany Processing, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, project accounting, Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Oder Accounting, Revenue Recognition, and TaxDissects high-level information into details and can communicate details in a manner understood by relevant audiencesInvestigate existing programs or formulate code for new systems, identify code for procedures, prepares flowcharting, may perform configuration, tests, and rollouts to business users and customersTests solutions and ensures they meet business requirements and are “fit-for-purpose”Presents and validates solutions with business partnersCreates and executes test plansCreate POC for Tax specific /needsCollaborate with other members of the agile team viz Product Owner/Architect/ Developers for successful execution of the projectBalances business requirements with technical feasibilityRecommends changes in business process, development, maintenance and system standardsBe part of the Agile team and participate in all Agile activities and agile ceremonies (standups, planning, validations, Retrospectives, etc.)Keep your ear to the ground and help us incorporate industry best practices and important developments into our productsFollow the organization’s Engineering fundamentals which includes but not limited to Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery, Product Quality, Technical Debt Management practices, etc. Be part of & sincere adapter of organizations cultural beliefs which includes Innovative, Accountable, Pragmatic, and AdaptableMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree / MBA or equivalentAt least 8 years’ experience with strong subject matter expertise in SAP S/4 HANA SOM/BRIM, FICA Must have delivered two End to End projects in SAP S/4 HANA 19/09 or 20/20Knowledge on tax process and vertex integration with SAPUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and processExperience in working on Software Systems which are built using ERP/CRM and other frontend consuming technologies with middlewareExperience in test plan design and executionFamiliar at least one testing automation frameworkStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsTake lead and deliver as an Individual contributorExecution of test scripts , manual testing as functional consultant and drive to excellance and completing all deliverables on time.Step up to lead the team of technical and functional team membersJob description:SAP TRM -
