Please submit your CV here for future consideration.ポジション概略オートデスクが提供するソリューションの採用と利用を促進するポストセールスコンサルティング（技術コンサルとビジネスコンサル）を提供する。お客様へのサービスの一例として、プロセス評価・定義、カスタマーミーティングのファシリテーション、トレーニング、インプリメンテーションサービス、メンタリング、ドキュメント作成等を提供する。また、製品やプロセス改善として、お客様からのフィードバックを基に開発チームやグローバルサービスチームとのエンゲージメントも図る。主な責任お客様へのインプリメンテーションコンサルティングを提供お客様にコンサルティングの価値を理解して頂けるようセールス・ビジネス開発に寄与するお客様への提案立案に向けて、ソリューションアーキテクトやビジネスデベロップメントをサポートする業界標準、要求、またワークフローに対してオートデスク製品を適用するお客様にオートデスク製品を利用頂けるようガイドするお客様の要求や製品の機能に応じてソリューション構成を提供する技術的問題を解決すべく、お客様と社内コンサルとのコラボレーションを図るソリューションの詳細をテスト、トレーニング、支援をお客様に行い製品の利用をドライブするお客様が体験する製品やプロセス改善について、コンサルティングチームにフィードバックする応募資格建築・建設・土木・設計の業界経験と知識BIM(Building Information Modeling)の知識AutoCADやRevitと言った、建築・建設系オートデスクソフトウェアの知識や経験ソフトウェア業界のビジネスを理解されている方複数のプロジェクトを並行して実施、管理、実行できる管理力内部や外部（お客様）とのコラボレーションやコミュニケーションが円滑にできる方Position OverviewProvide post-sale technical and business consulting to help drive successful adoption of Autodesk solutions. Provide process assessments, facilitate customer meetings, training, implementation, mentoring, as well as create documentation and customer deliverables. Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.ResponsibilitiesLead implementation consulting engagements with customersApply consulting techniques across customer rangeProvide support to Sales/Business Development to help customer understand the value of engaging consulting resources; provide support to Solutions Architects and Business Development in developing customer proposalsApply Autodesk product sets to detailed industry requirements and workflowsGuide customers in the best application of Autodesk products; define and document detailed use casesConfigure solutions based on product capabilities and customer requirementsDefine migration approach of customer data and standards into Autodesk productsCollaborates with customers (external) and consulting groups (internal) to resolve any technical issuesDrive and confirm adoption and consumption through presentations, tests, training and mentoring of solution detailsProvides feedback to consulting groups on client experience for product and process improvements(May) develop systems architecture, develops and tests codes and implements solutions(May) develop custom modules using various technical skills including programming knowledge.
