Job Requisition ID #22WD66506In this Role, we are looking for a candidate with 5+ years experience with commanding skills in AWS, Hadoop, Snowflake and other bigdata experience who needs to work as a lead to support operations.Position OverviewThis position will be based in our Service Delivery Center, located in Bangalore, India. Our Service Delivery Center is focused on customer satisfaction and comprised of highlyskilled and well-motivated Support Analysts. This position will be a part of a high-volumeservice delivery center with expectations around excellence and efficient resolution for Bigdata Tools and services support and incident management. This position will be focused on handling critical incidents and resolution for Bigdata support service for our global customers. ResponsibilitiesSolid hands-on experience with HADOOP, SPARK and HIVE using Java or SCALA.Knowledge in Hive and Spark Tuning and ensuring best practices across project.Experience in Big Data Architecture, tools and technologies.Big Data Engineer who can find creative solutions to tough problems. Very good experience in AWS Technologies like S3, EMR, EC2, CloudFormation, Security groups, VPCs, RDS, Redshift, Glue etc..Good understanding of Lambda Architecture, troubleshooting and debugging Commendable knowledge in Hadoop and its echo systems like HDFS, Hue,Sqoop, Spark, Spark Streaming, hive, oozie, airflow and other components required in building end to end data pipelineVery good experience in any one of Hadoop distribution (Cloudera/Hortonworks)Good experience in Snowflake data warehouse toolDeliver the services within agreed SLA and ensuring all issues are handled in a timely manner Well versed with user / Access management, configuration and customization.Creative to prepare automation scripts to come of the Day to day activitiesWork closely with the engineering team to integrate, Build and deployments Very good Debugging skills on kinds of logs and able to identify and resolve the Issue.Data Engineer will support developers, database architects, data analysts and data scientists on data initiatives and will ensure data availability is consistent throughout ongoing projectsShould be ready and flexible to work in rotational shifts (24/7 coverage) as for the team and business requirements, which include Night shift as wellIndividual contributor with high motive to trouble shoot L3 issues and guide Team on handling technical analysis.Good Analytical skills to trouble shot the issues end to end and prepare Root Cause analysisGood Experience in Jenkins, Jira, Git etc..Should be a very good Team player and it is critical to support team at  Minimum QualificationsAny Bachelors/Master’s degree is a must with preference to Computer Applications5+ years of overall experience working in Bigdata and its echo systems and expertise in Production Support spread across the globeAny Certifications on Hadoop Distribution / AWS would be added advantage. Should have worked with multiple global teams and cultures, should have the diplomacy to deal with multinational clientsAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
