Job Requisition ID #22WD62685Position OverviewAutodesk Customer Success is looking for highly motivated trusted advisors to help our Enterprise customers optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.If you’ve a proven customer focused approach to building strong relationships with Enterprise customers, you might be just who we need to help drive our customer success plans.We are looking for a professional from Product Data Management and/or Product Lifecycle Management (PDM/PLM) experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale enterprise environments. This person will work closely with existing and future Major Accounts and Premium customers worldwide.You will join Premium Support Services (PSS) group within the Customer Success Organization as part of our 2000+ person Worldwide Field Operations organization – a team that values professional development and rewards high performance.Premium Support Services group is responsible for maximizing the success of and return on investment for our strategic customers. We do this by delivering professional and customized product services that help our customers achieve their business goals while maximizing the use and adoption of our solutions.ResponsibilitiesAct as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technologyBuild, Maintain and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoptionMinimum QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of Product Data Management/ Product Lifecycle Management industry needs and workflowsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer/Mechanical/Manufacturing engineeringExperience in the use of Autodesk Vault or a similar Data Management systemAdditional knowledge of Autodesk Inventor or similar design tools5 – 6 years of Product Design and Manufacturing field experienceProven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environmentAble to manage several projects at a time, setting the right prioritiesDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customersExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audienceStrong communicator in English and able to build relationship at all levelsTeam player who enjoys supporting and interacting with other members of a shared responsibility teamAble to work during Europe and America office hoursThe Ideal CandidateCourageous: You have hard conversations to get to better outcomes.
