Job Requisition ID #22WD66481Position OverviewThe Sales Development Rep – Qualifies and/or sells direct to customers from inbound calls and/or inbound MQL’s. Interact with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area. Primarily responsible for quickly developing and transacting orders which require minimum sales activities. In cases where further discovery and more in-depth sales activities are needed, they will qualify and then transfer opportunities appropriately.ResponsibilitiesQualifies and/or sells direct to customers from inbound calls and/or inbound MQL’sIdentify customer type and/or need early in discussion in order to route properly (ie. Direct, Named Accounts, TechnicalSupport, etc.)Create, build, close and transact a qualified pipeline of inbound/direct customersFully qualify and map key stakeholders, business process and technical requirements on all dealsTransition qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative or partner when necessaryDrive additional revenue opportunities by applying incremental programs/promos or projects initiated by salesmanagementCreate and manage a database of leads in Salesforce.com, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reportingand maintaining to close or transferring to appropriate teamManaging time effectively by multitasking between inbound phone calls and MQLsNavigating Autodesk resources in order to accommodate needs of inbound customersMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in business or a related field, although proven sales skills & at least two years of experience in sales.Excellent command of English and Arabic is a mustAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
