Job Requisition ID #22WD63774Position OverviewThe Infrastructure Enterprise Account Sales Executive is a key sales role that directly interfaces with selected named accounts, across the ANZ & ASEAN regions. The Infrastructure Enterprise Account Sales Executive is supporting the Named Account responsible for growing Infrastructure token consumption within the Account(s) to meet/ exceed business objectives ResponsibilitiesAccount Development – drive resultsDrive Infrastructure expansion in collaboration with Named Account teamHunt for, and identify leads, to drive Infrastructure expansionResearch customer business challenges and promote corresponding Autodesk solutionsAchieve incremental Infrastructure-related token growth from existing accountsAlign strategy and plans with Named Account teamEffectively leverage the Autodesk eco system in building relevant messaging and momentumGrow faster than the competition – gain market shareEnsure best in class forecastingLeadership – influence & lead into the futureDevelop, communicate & execute on a AEC Named Accounts sales strategyPartner with other teams, align & influence within the Autodesk matrixCommunicate at all levels internally & externally including C-level communicationContinuous improvement through change management – strong change managerDrives Business ResultsMeet/ exceed annual & multi-year targetsLeverage our pricing, packaging & business models to maximize returns & unique business value from our Infrastructure SolutionsMaximize individual sales opportunitiesCreate effective proposals that link our solution to the customer businessEffectively negotiate customer agreementsDevelops AccountsDevelop important & effective relationships within the account including Key ExecutivesTranslate customer challenges & opportunities into unique business value for AutodeskEnsure the Autodesk team delivers Business Value to the Account(s)Build effective Account Business plan & execute upon the planBuild, maintains & grows opportunity pipeline within Account(s)Use sound call planning to drive business results & makes continuous improvement in moving Autodesk from vendor to trusted advisorExecutes Strong Business PracticesProvide timely, accurate & detailed forecastsEffectively leverage chosen sales processes, tools & methodologiesProvide effective internal information as requested (i.e. Ops reviews, customer info…)Construct internal/external presentations in an effective & professional mannerLeverages the Extended Sales TeamCoordinate, influence & orchestrate all of the appropriate resources for Account &/or Opportunity developmentAble to build & influence a global/ virtual team (sales, support & consulting)Develop strong working relations across GEOs & functions (finance, operations, etc.) Minimum QualificationsEither, a proven sales track record carrying a quota in a direct Enterprise sales environment, rt preferably focused on the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry, with strong sales process & account planning skillsOr, industry experience, e.g. contract Management, Bid ManagementProven executive selling & relationship experienceTrack record of identifying leads and winning new business Preferred QualificationsAutodesk Product Knowledge would be advantageousSaaS Sales background  #LI-POSTAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
