Job Requisition ID #23WD67376Position OverviewThe Territory Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting and hunting to find new business to be closed through the Channel. This job is assigned a sales quota and performance is measured by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets by up-selling, add-on sale, and cross-selling. This position reports to a Territory Sales Hub Manager, and will work closely with the broader Inside Sales Team, Autodesk Partner Management, Autodesk Channel Partners, and Autodesk Field SalesResponsibilitiesApplies sales skills associated with a cold calling sales model; strong verbal and written skills requiredConduct outbound customer calls on a daily basis in line with the Inside Sales hub KPIsUnderstand customer issues and requirements in order to recommend a specific Autodesk product or industry solutionMaintain basic knowledge of Autodesk products, competitive products, and industry trends as well as Autodesk Subscription and Advanced SupportMaintain strong understanding of promotions and campaigns related to doing business with Autodesk and/or its PartnersProvide partner with the relevant information, understanding their business workflow to create and close opportunitiesUtilize Salesforce.com to document all customer opportunities and customer activityMaintain Salesforce.com opportunities using probability definitions embedded to categorize opportunities accordingly to accurately forecast against plans and targets weeklyBuild strong relationships for business planning with each partner and with partner management teamRespond to partner and customer inquiries in a professional and prompt mannerMinimum Qualification3-5 years of experience in end to end sales process and certain selling methodologies i.e. TASFamiliarity with sales logging applications (i.e., Salesforce)Ability to adapt quickly and manage difficult situations while remaining upbeat and positive at all timesStrong work ethic: Team oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results orientedHighly proficient computer skills including SFDC, email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPointDatabase management would be a plusExperience in Singapore and The Philippines market would be an advantageGood to have manufacturing industry background#LI-POSTAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
