As an Implementation Consultant, your strong software/product knowledge will help our customers to get the best out of their Autodesk Innovyze water products and put innovative solutions into real-world practice. You will work directly with our enterprise customers to offer consulting services, including process and workflow review/development, implementation and deployment strategies, software training, and technical guidance, as well as industry expertise, to ensure customers are maximizing the value from their investment in Autodesk technologies. Working with key business unit stakeholders and project teams, you will assist in defining new workflows, configuring software, training users, and mentoring project teams to ensure successful implementation.ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of existing workflows and processesProvide coaching and mentoring to customers to Develop wastewater hydraulic models and detailed technical analysis associated with delivering projectsProvide coaching and mentoring to customers on wastewater projects and support the development of Feasibility studies and optioneeringProcess definition, planning, and implementation of new technologies and workflowsProvide coaching, and change management to customers (external & partners)Provides Innovative solutions to meet customer and industry challenges based on Autodesk product solutionsLead implementation consulting engagements with customersApply Autodesk product sets to detailed industry requirements and workflowsConfigure solutions based on product capabilities and customer requirementsDefine migration approach of customer data and standards into Autodesk productsCollaborates with customers (external), partners, and internal stakeholders consulting groups (internal) to resolve technical issuesProvides feedback to service line management and product development groups on client experience for product and process improvementsProvide coaching and mentoring to customers to drive adoption and consumptionProvide coaching and mentoring to partners to enable the scalable delivery of packages service offeringsContributes task estimation and task description in Scopes of Work as well as scope clarification with customersUndertake your continuing professional development under guidance from your Line ManagerAbility to work on own initiative in technical mattersTravel up to 50%Minimum QualificationsAs a minimum, a Degree in Engineering, Environmental, or Numerate Science related subjectExperience in Hydrological & Hydraulic Modelling, Flood Inundation Modelling & Mapping, Water Treatment Plants (WTPs), Wastewater Treatment Plants (STP/ETPs), Water Distribution Network & Sewage Network Design, Lift Irrigation Schemes, Pump Station Designs, GIS Services, Stormwater Management, Rainwater Harvesting Systems, River & Lake Rejuvenation projectsIndustry exposure to standards and specifications from countries like UK/Australia/USAKnowledge & Experience with Autodesk Innovyze products like InfoDrainage, Infoworks ICM & InfoWater Pro/ Infoworks WS pro & Info 360 Cloud Product, Info AssetInterest in scripting such as Ruby or SQL and programming languages such as R or PythonMinimum ten years+ relevant experience (although the preference would be for 12 years)Preferred QualificationsAn advanced degree (MS, PhD) would be a plusExpertise in software like; QGIS, ArcGIS, US EPANET, USEPA SWMM, PCSWMM, Bentley WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, StormCAD, Infoworks-CS, AutoCAD Civil3D, Navisworks, CivilStorm (any few)Experience working with Flooding Analysis Software such as HEC-RAS/HEC-GeoRAS from USACE, GeoHECRAS from CivilGeo, etc (anyone)Experience in Asset Performance assessments / Reviews, Network / Operational modelling & Zonal Analysis / Designing gravity and pressure networks for the masterplanUnderstanding of hydrological studies, catchment delineation, and rainfall-runoff modellingThe Ideal CandidateSpeed: We strive to move as fast as our environment allows, empowering people to favour small sprints and course correction toward desired outcomesSimplicity: Having an approach and mindset to avoid unnecessary complexity and duplication, keeping things simple to achieve quicker outcomes, and always keeping the big picture in mindInnovation: Collaborating effectively with a variety of sources to learn new ways of solving problems and keeping an eye on changes in business and technologyImpact: Using know-how to identify solutions that add value and result in a positive impact on others.
