Autodesk is looking for a Sr. Manager to lead our most strategic AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) programs in Asia-Pacific, driving market development and business expansion projects.In this new role, you and your team will help shape our AEC industry strategy, align with key internal stakeholders from sales, marketing, and product leadership, and build a strong relationship with our visionary customers. You’ll grow and nurture relationships, develop country plans, own and execute the expansion strategy, and inspire internal and external contributors to achieve impressive business outcomes and monitor results.As a member of the AEC Industry Strategy team, you will serve as the conduit between the Asia-Pacific and the global strategy leadership teams to ensure that we prioritize and achieve business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesBe the bridge between the global AEC Industry Strategy team and the Asia-Pacific sales and marketing leads.Collaborate on defining, aligning, and driving strategic initiatives and country specific go-to-market plans.Cluster and prioritize asks by business relevance.Understand the market dynamics and business health of our focus countries. Analyze key metrics to initiate action plans for optimization.Identify and prioritize product requirements and workflow gaps.Network and align with multiple regional and global stakeholders, such as key customers and industry association leads.Explore partnerships to ensure Autodesk competitiveness in new markets.Represent Autodesk in key conferences, meetings, and industry events.Minimum Qualifications10+ years of professional experience in a global/multinational enterprise environment.Solid background in tech, strategy, and/or management consulting.Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and build collaborative relationships across teams & geographies.A strong motivator with proven team-building experience.Outstanding communicator (English) with facilitation and presentation skills to convince and inspire.MS degree in economics, technology, or natural sciences, MBA a plus.Ability to travel 40%.Preferred QualificationsExperience in developing strategic business plans in a matrix organization and own results.International experience in multiple Asia-Pacific countries with SaaS/Subscription software business.Sales and/or Business development experience with global thinking and collaboration mindset.Meaningful work experience in the AEC Industry is beneficial but not required.About AutodeskxxxAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
