We are a fast-paced team that is passionate about bringing our no cost offerings to design and manufacturing schools nationwide. As an Inside Account Engagement Specialist, you will prospect into specific education institutions to increase awareness and grow adoption of Autodesk’s no cost, cloud-based solutions for design and manufacturing. You will coordinate briefings, guest lectures, and workshops with internal Autodesk Education Representatives and Autodesk Learning Partners.Location: DenverResponsibilitiesProspect into and build relationships with education institutionsEngage and qualify inbound leadsLead conversations with educators regarding enhancing existing design and manufacturing programs and improving student outcomesIncrease adoption and usage of Autodesk’s no cost, advanced manufacturing offeringsEnsure educator and institutional success by thoroughly detailing Autodesk’s no cost technology, curriculum, and engagement resourcesMap target education institutions' curriculum and technical requirements to predefined set of customer problems and proposed Autodesk solutionsCollaborate with Autodesk Learning Partners to conduct pipeline reviews and ensure timely delivery of technology briefings, guest lectures, and workshopsMap key stakeholders, programs, and facilities across educational institutionsManage and maintain a database of institutions, individuals, and activities in Salesforce.com for tracking, reporting and analysisCollect and socialize customer success and feedback to the wider AEX organizationMinimum QualificationsMinimum of 1-year prior sales and / or account management experience qualifying new account opportunitiesAbility to work independently within in a structured, activity-based environmentStrong Communication SkillsPrevious experience in making outbound engagement callsPrevious experience in account management or business developmentPrevious experience accurately reporting on territory/account activitySound business acumenFormal training in consultative sales techniques or sales methodologyPrior experience leveraging CRM solutions for account developmentPreferred QualificationsPassion for and experience driving improved student outcomes and institutional successKnowledge of advanced manufacturing / Industry 4.0Previous business development or lead generation experienceStrong influencing skills to start conversations and relationshipsExperience working in a team environment and across functionsExperience working within a channel ecosystemGrowth mindset: embraces challenges and desires to learn from challengesDetail-oriented and organized; ability to manage multiple activitiesPrevious experience using Salesforce.com4-year College/University degree or equivalent experience#LI-POSTClick below to learn more about our benefits in the US.https://benefits.autodesk.com/ At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $57,900 and $99,880. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
