We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master (SM) to work alongside the talented engineering, QA, experience design, and content design teams responsible for highly technical software projects that help power some of the largest budget movies in the world. Responsibilities Coach several teams in the use of agile techniques to match team capacity to commitments Coordinate with stakeholders to assess scope and define priorities to successfully deliver features Facilitate meetings (e.g., daily stand-up, backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, and sprint retrospectives), adapting process as required to maximize each team’s successGuide product backlog refinement and management to deliver consistent business valueFoster a cooperative environment, emphasizing open discussion, and problem solvingEnsure meeting artifacts are generated/distributed, to communicate progress to stakeholdersLearn about the projects you are working on to foster discussions and challenge assumptions Minimum Qualifications3-5 years of experience in a similar role working on large-scale software development projectsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., JIRA) for quantitative/qualitative decision makingAbility to manage expectations and execute with distributed teamsAbility to coach/advocate at multiple levels (i.e., team members, product owners, management, etc.)Solid understanding of both the theory and application of Agile practices Preferred QualificationsCSP, PSM, PMP accreditationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fieldFamiliarity with DevOps concepts, tools, and best practicesFamiliarity with VFX in Film & TV or AAA Games#LI-POSTAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
