Job Requisition ID #23WD67582Position OverviewAutodesk is looking for a Service Review Lead to join the Global Technology Operations team within the Enterprise Systems & Experience (ESE) organization. This team leverages Software Engineering and DevOps principles to optimize the company's critical systems and processes through metrics and analysis that enrich and improve the overall Autodesk customer and employee experience. As a Service Review Lead , you will work closely with partners and stakeholders from various organizations, such as engineering, executive leadership , product support, incident response, and more, to implement strategies to translate operational metrics across Autodesk commercial and enterprise platforms and services into insights to all product teams, business stakeholders, and service delivery owners. You will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to distill your analysis into actionable insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, technical expertise in technical operations, incident management and AWS technologies, and the ability to work across our organization to inspire action. Responsibilities Partner with leadership from various organizations including engineering, executive leadership, product support, incident response, and others., to identify, define, and track key metrics to be used in planning, reporting, and decision-making for commercial and enterprise platforms and servicesDevelop insightful business intelligence reports (KPIs, metrics), self-service dashboards, and/or ad-hoc analyses that are repeatable and scalableClean and transform data from multiple operational sources (observability tools, ITOM repositories, incident data, postmortems, etc.) as needed for analysis and delivery of actionable insights and informationProvide insight on data trends and anomalies, making recommendations where appropriate to improve Commercial and enterprise platforms and services Support Autodesk platform and service stakeholders with in-depth analysis, insights, and recommended actions, continually mining for insights to help inform strategic roadmaps and improved reliabilityAssess impact of operational outcomes and provide clear articulation of analysis to support decision-making for senior management Execute sophisticated qualitative and quantitative analyses, that translate raw data into insights that can be turned into actionable recommendations and built into reports and dashboards Generate and communicate findings to all stakeholders regarding key takeaways and actionable insights Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of proven experience as a business or operations data analystSolid experience in data analysis and reporting Working knowledge of Data Visualization tools, specifically PowerBI or LookerFirm understanding of incident management and cloud observability principlesExcellent decision-making and communication (both verbal and written) skills Analytical skills and strong organizational abilitiesGrafana, Snowflake DB Preferred QualificationsPrior incident management experienceKnowledge in: Site Reliability Engineering, Grafana, Snowflake DBAWS fundamentalsServiceNow reportingClick below to learn more about our benefits in the US.https://benefits.autodesk.com/ At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $81,800 and $141,130. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
