Job Requisition ID #23WD67950Position Overview Become a member and participate in forming several new Software Engineering Scrum teams joining the Civil Infrastructure Product Line Group in Krakow. Our team develops Civil engineering software, like Autodesk Civil 3D, to help civil engineers during both the design and construction process.  In this role, as Product Owner, you will be working with Product Management & Experience Design to collect and prioritize user requirements. You will then work within a scrum team to produce working software to meet these requirements, helping the team to course-correct on the way. You will collaborate with multiple scrum teams in the product group, and you will be expected to engage directly with customers via product forums, meetings, and site visits. ResponsibilitiesLead feature development decisions, prioritization, and executionResearch, analyze and generate requirements to address user needs for Autodesk Civil 3DWork with XD, Product Management, and your team closely to implement those solutions based on the requirements you definedCollaborate and work with global teams to be part of a wide and powerful platformCollect and respond to customer and stakeholder feedback, appropriately adjusting future scope, timing, and priority of deliverablesPlan sprints, develop the backlog, create user stories, participate in the Agile development cycleYou will be the evangelist for your team, driving awareness, understanding metrics, and course correcting as neededRequirementsThe ability to drive clear decisions and proactively communicate with all stakeholdersBeing a team player and a collaborative person by naturePersuasive, encouraging, and motivating at all levels of interactionBeing a self-starter and taking initiative, able to take high level direction and drive teams towards executionBachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or Computer Science or related field Excellent English communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in the software industryDomain Knowledge in Civil Engineering is a plusStrong technical background and experiences is a plusExperience as a Product Manager/Owner in the technology and/or civil infrastructure industryAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
