Job Requisition ID #23WD68111Position OverviewWe are looking for a Financial Analyst to support the WWS Spend Portfolio Management team under COO.How You Will Spend your Day:Partnership with Finance teams: You will partner with Spend Analyst’s to support budget owners in analyzing areas for potential spend savings and recommending solutions for effectively managing their spendFinancial analysis: You will provide monthly reporting around spend and assist in providing ad-hoc analyses to help support business decisionsDriving process improvement: You will recommend and lead improvements to deliver high-quality results as well as implement new standards/processes across the WWS Spend Finance teamResponsibilitiesHelp drive the quarterly and monthly forecasting cycles for specific business units within the WWS OrganizationLead and support quarter-end activities, including preparing accruals, reporting landing positions, consolidating, and submitting group forecasts, and act as a liaison with other finance, HR, and business team membersSupport Headcount & contractor forecasting, processing, tracking, and reconciliation preparationPartner with the other team members participating in, and leading, various projects focused on efficiencies, including building new models, revamping existing processes, and prepare ad-hoc analysesIdentify and communicate business opportunities, provide recommendations, and give feedback to othersContinuously cross train with other team members on other areas to expand knowledge and provide vacation coverageIdentify opportunities to standardize and centralize finance processes. Lead the transition as requiredMinimum RequirementsBachelor/master’s degree in finance. MBA, CA/CPA preferred but not mandatory3+ years of relevant experienceExperience in forecasting and financial modelingExposure to SAP/SAP4 HANA, Workday, Anaplan, Power BI preferableAbility to build and maintain trust with team members and stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and desire to drive process improvementsEffective & concise communicator, both written and verbalAbility to collaborate and partner effectively with a variety of non-financial stakeholdersAdvanced Excel skillsAdept with new technologies and tools, including dashboards, financial modeling software, and automation tools (Anaplan, Power BI, Power Query, etc.)Experience with SAP, BPC and Business Objects is a plus#LI-POSTAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
