Do you have a desire to use your B2B marketing experience to lead a team and drive revenue growth? Autodesk is currently hiring a Senior Manager Account Based Marketing in our APJ Demand Generation team. This person is responsible for leading a team of account-based marketers across multiple account tiers.  This team drives the strategies for account-based campaigns in our markets, and manages the execution, measurement, and optimization of targeted account-focused programs in collaboration with account-based sales teams. You will be responsible for creating measurable business opportunities for Sales using the most impactful marketing activities across a broad portfolio of accounts. You will work with industry marketing and campaign development teams to establish the best marketing strategies for multiple industries including Architecture, Engineering, & Construction; Media & Entertainment; and Design & Manufacturing. You will also be responsibility for aligning with regional Sales Directors to create the overall Sales and Marketing plan.  You will coordinate the executional strategies in collaboration with our ABM Practice team that centrally manages programmatic ABM campaign execution. You will be responsible for managing a team of 3 enterprise markerters and expand to build a high performing 1:1 ABM team for APJ. The position reports directly to the Senior Director, APJ Demand Generation.ResponsibilitiesAccountable for marketing contribution to sales pipeline and revenue. Measurably increases engagement between Autodesk and selected Accounts that contributes to ACV closed/won, token consumption, expansion opportunities, pipeline coverage etcProactively engage with the Sales leads to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activitiesCollaborate with Industry Marketing, ABM Practice, and Marketing Operations & Technology partners to ensure effective execution of 1:1 account-based campaignsEnables their team to efficiently execute using multi-channel marketing (in-person and virtual events, search, social, display advertising, etc) and leverages modern marketing tools and techniques (intent signals, engagement dashboards, orchestration platform, audience management, etc)Leverages data and analytical insights to monitor program results and adapt strategy and execution as required Builds and motivates a high-performing team of demand generation professionals.
