We are looking for an individual contributor who has a passion for sales and technology, with specific focus on ensuring Autodesk’s customers, our partners and our salespeople are operating at optimal efficiency. You will report to the Sales Execution Manager, Inside Sales in North America and work closely with Autodesk’s partners, distributors, and the Americas Sales organization to drive process and project efficiency. You will provide leadership and support to sales efforts and work closely with Partners, internal sales reps, back-office and other support groups on a global basis. Effectively support partner facing programs and various sales teams by assisting with certain administrative sales activities to drive business. You must have the ability to leverage a huge array of resources both within Autodesk sales, operations, customer service as well as an extended, largely virtual, team of distributors and partners. The ideal candidate will have to be resourceful, work cross-functionally, and uncover and respond to the needs of an ever-evolving team. In addition, you must be comfortable leveraging sales tools like Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.If you have these attributes, and an attitude to increase your altitude then you might be the right fit!!!ResponsibilitiesAssist in producing customer or partner facing information / documentation used for presenting sales related findings and data to assist in closing opportunitiesAnswer inquiries from customers, ADSK employees, and Channel partners on supported programs/activities and may route opportunities or leads to the appropriate channels for investigation and researchInterface with ADSK sales, marketing, legal, finance, operations, GCSO (Global Customer Support and Operations), EIS (Enterprise Information Systems) or third-party vendors on issues affecting the day-to-day business as well as process improvementsAssist in developing methodologies for determining recipients for sales efforts, marketing campaigns or training initiativesInteract with salesforce.com and other ADSK systems to track opportunities or cases and create various reports to monitor team and sales metricsCreate, maintain and distribute program documentation, communications & training materials for internal and external stakeholdersCompare, review, and research records within a databasePerform extensive analysis/research on data and apply rules to each recordUpdate the record and coordinate inputs with team membersRespond to and support various sales teams by assisting with certain administrative sales activities to drive businessDaily contact with end user prospects, partners and internal Autodesk Sales and Support teams using various forms of communication including case managementAssist on customer calls to review audit findings, explain documentation, and answer questions on analysis findingsMinimum Qualifications2+ years of experience in sales operations or sale's administrative roleExperience using Salesforce or other CRM sales systemsWillingness to adapt to a fast paced and changing environmentCustomer-focused, action-oriented individual committed to achieving high quality resultsAbility to be an active participant in project core teams and to develop/execute on sales plansStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent communications and presentation skillsWell organized, flexible, and focused on meeting deadlinesExcellent English written and oral communication skills (B2 minimum required)Preferred QualificationsExperience in Saas selling and/or Saas operationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
