If this sounds like you, read on!In this role, you will work in lock step with the Sales Execution Manager for Territory Sales and extended teams to create quarterly focus and find and innovate processes to maximize sales results for the America’s Inside Sales teams and channel partners. You will align, develop, and execute on strategic & innovative sales initiatives resulting in sales teams reaching and overachieving their sales goals. This role is located in Costa Rica - San Jose - Belen.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with sales and marketing leads to maximize focus, support communication of tools, strategic sales plays, and drive alignmentDevelop strong sales stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication with all channelsWork with identified 3rd party vendors and or partnerships capable of extending the value and reach of Autodesk into the AEC, D&M and M&E markets with programs and sales toolsReview GTM plans and solicit feedback from stakeholder teams, such as sales, partner management, technical sales and marketingOptimize the impact of inside sales efforts through incentives and programs to scale revenueLeverage historic performance and data insights to develop potential forecasts for programs & targetsManage all aspects of quarterly sales program, initiatives, or offers from development thru execution to reporting results for assigned industries and channelsCreate a quarterly sales play calendar aligned with marketing to support sales targeting for inside salesGenerate strategies that target and block competition through specific Go-To-Market quarterly strategiesCoordinate, create, and present the quarterly sales programs/initiatives to inside sales teamsAnalyze sales program/initiative metrics and sales trends to evaluate success. Anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate remediesMinimum QualificationsMin 3+ years in sales, channel sales, marketing, or relevant technology experienceProject/Program management experience developing, implementing, and communicating sales programs and initiativesStrong collaboration, teamwork and influencing skillsStrong meeting facilitation skillsAction oriented with a high attention to detailPolitically savvy and able to create consensus through a matrixed organizationExcellent English written and oral communication skills (B2 minimum required)Experience collaborating in a hybrid work environmentHighly organized and able to maintain clarity in changing environmentsSelf-motivated and excellent problem-solving skills as well as a team-oriented attitudeSkilled in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Travel as needed (0-25%)Preferred QualificationsExperience using SalesforceExperience and understanding of the Architecture Engineering & Construction, Design & Manufacturing & Construction, and Media & Entertainment Industry SegmentsExperience selling with or in a distribution channelExperience in data analyticsUnderstanding of value drivers for sales teamsStrong financial acumenExperience selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)Bachelor’s Degree or equivalentAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
