Job Requisition ID #23WD66975Position Overview The Industry Territory Account Senior Sales Manager leads a team of Territory Account Sales Executives responsible who expand new business and renewals in key Architecture, Engineering and Owner accounts to exceed financial and business goals. You will report to the Senior Director of AEC AMER Sales and will work with our Marketing, Business Development, Autodesk Partner Management, Autodesk Channel Partners, Technical Team and Autodesk Field Sales.Region: Central United StatesResponsibilitiesLead team to focus on exceeding assigned quotas - generating incremental new business and maintaining and maximizing existing revenue stream/renewalsAssess Business Requirements, develop strategies, define Vision and Goals, adapt and manage changeHolds team members accountable for their contribution to weighted pipeline through regular pipeline management routinesAccountable for high-quality forecast by striving to match quarterly budget and within defined margins of errorWork with partners and partner managers to identify gaps in business coverage and enablement, directs team on activities to address themManage team's effort toward net AOV (Annual Order Value) growth across the full portfolio of accountsFacilitate regular coaching conversations about professional growth and career development with each direct reportGuide direct reports to uncover short and long-term performance goals, with actionable plans to achieve themBuild healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfactionLead the activities of sales team, including hiring, developing talent, team culture and performance managementManage execution of strategic sales and marketing programs, including product launches, trade shows, channel development events, and customer forumsWill require collaboration with others in the extended team not reporting to this roleCreate a compelling value proposition in our Architecture, Engineering and Owner segment and coaching their team to focus on customer outcomes by selling solutions with clear Return on InvestmentAssist Autodesk's partners in developing sales and marketing plans related to Autodesk's industry solutionsProviding insight to internal organizations on market direction, customer needs, product requirements and business opportunitiesEnsure CRM tools and Autodesk methodologies are used to process and track opportunitiesCompetition Analysis by keeping informed about Market Trends & achieving market share metricsEnable the team through knowledge sharing on Domain, Technology and Customer Centric solutionsEncourage innovation by exchanging new ideas to improve operation and efficiency within sales and the supporting organizationsMinimum QualificationsSales Management experience (5+ years)Consistent record (8+ years) of quota attainment with on premise, SaaS or a hybrid modelExperience managing or selling Enterprise Technology Software sales experience (Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Manufacturing industries experience is beneficial)Strong team selling and leadership skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience#LIPOSTClick below to learn more about our benefits in the US.https://benefits.autodesk.com/ At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $199,200 and $288,310. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries and/or OTE for sales roles, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
