Job Requisition ID #23WD68233Position OverviewThe MidMarket Renewals Manager will lead a team responsible for driving, forecasting, and closing renewals opportunities. This role will lead a team that primarily works through direct customer engagement, collaboration with partners, and alignment with Worldwide Sales teams. The Manager role will analyze, prepare, and present renewal metrics and trends for weekly forecast updates, QBR/QBP’s, and time sensitive ad hoc requests.  The People Manager role is responsible for managing the team, including mentoring, coaching, developing talent, and fostering team culture in a SaaS, ARR, and MRR revenue environment.  This is a remote position.ResponsibilitiesLead the activities of renewals team, including hiring, coaching, developing talent, enforcing team norms, fostering team culture and managing performance Responsible for leading team to exceed assigned quotas and meeting KPIs Delivers timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline information Lead team to maximize renewal rates and drive growth through expansion opportunities     Direct Renewal Execs to collaborate with partners to capture renewal pipeline information and business trends Provide insight to internal organizations on business trends, customer needs, product requirements and business opportunities Report to senior management on operating metrics, key results, and initiatives Partner with leaders of sales teams, the reseller partner ecosystem, technical support, client services, and others to drive high renewal rates and growth through expansion opportunities Ensure CRM tools and Autodesk methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities     Encourage innovation by exchanging new ideas to improve operation and efficiency within Commercial Customer Success and extended teams Set team expectations to drive high-level customer satisfaction and experience to ensure continued customer adoption of Autodesk products Minimum Qualifications3+ years of Sales Management Experience8+ years sales/renewals experienceProven ability to negotiate complex sales/renewals dealsHistory of working in a collaborative and inclusive environmentWorking knowledge of SFDC including report building/managementThe Ideal CandidateCoaching and listening skillsAbility to prioritize, assign and delegate tasksAbility to navigate a changeable environmentCollaboration and coordination across multiple stakeholdersInfluencing: Able to influence other teams in driving the positive renewals outcomeClick below to learn more about our benefits in the US.https://benefits.autodesk.com/ At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $172,200 and $249,260. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries and/or OTE for sales roles, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
