Job Requisition ID #23WD68084Position OverviewThe Business Development Representative for Fusion 360 role is at the forefront of the most exciting division of our business, Fusion 360 - the only cloud-based solution integrating conceptual design, engineering, and manufacturing into one tool. Our customers don’t just use our product, they love it, and it will be your job to help identify new ways that they can benefit from our software. You will be tasked with prospecting, leading complex sales conversations, and creating new opportunities to help grow the business to new heights. We are a fast-paced, high-energy sales team and are looking for like-minded professionals to join our growing organization. This is a hybrid role with a blend of work from home and work from the office opportunities. We want our teams to join us weekly in office for our "Better Together" days where we create learning opportunities, recognize each other, and learn from our accomplishments!ResponsibilitiesLeverage our existing customer base to build a pipeline of accountsCold call, directly prospect, and develop accounts into qualified opportunitiesIdentify key decision makers across all seniority levels in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical regionManage and continue to grow a pipeline of opportunitiesCollaborate with Account Executives to transition opportunities into won dealsDrive additional revenue opportunities by applying incremental programs or projects initiated by sales managementMinimum QualificationsFluent in GermanMinimum 1 year in an outbound sales environmentPassionate about sales and experience with consultative, customer-centric sales methodsBackground selling technology or SAAS in a B2B environmentExperience with Salesforce, Outreach, and other Inside Sales toolsProficient English both verbal and writtenExcellent time management and prioritization skillsPassionate, curious, and continually wanting to learn and develop as a personCoachable with humility and an eagerness to receive constructive feedbackAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
