Job Requisition ID #23WD68208Position Overview: The Executive Engagement Manager is responsible for supporting the planning and implementing of all executive engagement events and campaigns in APAC. Working under the direction of the Senior Manager, Global Executive Engagement the Executive Engagement Manager is responsible for coordinating across the Campaign Development, Event, Communications, and Executive Offices, and other teams to ensure the seamless execution of engagement activities, events and campaigns.The Manager is responsible for the campaign and event scheduling, collaborating on agenda development, and follow through of all Executive engagement strategy and planning meetings in the APAC region. They will be responsible for helping develop a consistent and rigorous approach to ensure the executive engagement strategy is implemented seamlessly. The successful Manager possesses a keen attention to detail and follow-up skills to see a project through from beginning to end. They will have experience navigating in matrixed environments and thrive within a team dynamic. The ideal individual will exercise good judgment in a wide range of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.Responsibilities: Drive 1:Few and 1:Many Executive Engagement activities including digital campaign development and in person/virtual executive event engagements with key audiences in APACPartner with a cross-functional team to develop and maintain a calendar of executive engagement opportunities in APAC.For each engagement, define the activations objectives, purpose, and scope, then coordinate with others on the team to produce the campaigns or events.Sometimes serve as our internal executive support person for events and travel as required.Manage a list/schedule of potential activations, speaking events, etc., for each engagement and targeted geography.Liaise with local Account Based Marketing teams to develop customer nomination lists for specific events (virtual and in-person).Support venue sourcing, tracking, managing and reporting of logistics, event plans and materials.Develop a checklist for each Autodesk executive participating in the events to clarify roles, responsibilities, deadlines, people involved, materials needed, logistics, timing, and follow-up correspondence.Review and provide analysis of programmatic digital campaigns and unique audience tactics for targeted accounts lists.Ensure that each marketing activity is tracked and measured.Manage budget and vendor relationships for audience specific tactics.Monitor the delivery and executive of campaign plans, and measure the effectiveness of resource allocation, efficiency and ROI to inform any future adjustments.Develop and manage a system to capture timely input and feedback from everyone involved and gather consistent and actionable data.Initiate and respond to travel-related correspondence, i.e., thank you letters to staff, and coordinate and develop some communications (invitations, thank you notes, etc.) regarding events or activities on behalf of Autodesk executives.Provide virtual and onsite administrative support to executive staff as needed to execute engagement opportunities.Other job – related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications:Interest, understanding, and commitment to working on Executive Engagement programsBA/BS or at least five (5) years of professional experience in a leadership support role, campaign development, event planner.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Ability to learn and use Asana, Smartsheet, Draftr.Available for up to 40% travel, domestically and internationally, for up to a week at a time.The Ideal CandidateDemonstrated project management skillsResearch-savvy; internet and resource proficient.Poised, confident, self-directed, works independently and is assertive, resourceful, and adaptable.Demonstrated success working on a fast-paced team in a hybrid/remote environment.Ability to maintain confidentiality while exercising discretion and personal judgment.Detail -Oriented and highly organized approach to work with a commitment to excellence.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Proactive communicator who seeks input and asks for help when needed rather than waits for it to arrive. Ability to interact with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues at all levels of the organizations, comfortable around executive level stakeholdersA flexible approach to work, including some evenings and weekends. At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
