Job Requisition ID #23WD68253Position OverviewWe are looking for a talented Software Development Manager who will play an integral role in managing the technical development and QA of critical sales data and business workflow leveraging data for decision making. This role involves driving sales team productivity through creating future state best practices for business analytics.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Data and QA Engineers and advise them on the best data strategies based on data requirements.Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple data products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.Identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements such as developing data models, data architectures, pipelines, and data applications. Participate in design and building of infrastructure for optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading from a wide range of data sources using SQL, Python, and AWS.Design, develop, and launch new data models and pipelines as neededDevelops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that data products meet required quality, function, and reliability specifications prior to delivery.Look for data optimization processes on a regular basis and supervise data management, governance, security, and analysis. Provide technical guidance and advice on planning, designing and implementing data solutions.Ensure data quality and security across all product vertical and related areasWork towards achieving high overall system performance, operational excellence, accuracy, and reliability.Overall, build and maintain data foundations that include tools, infrastructure, and pipelines that assist the sales domain. Work with stakeholders to develop a quality testing roadmap, with the goal of incremental automation over time.Increase automation and scale analytic solutions to meet business requirementsUsing Agile delivery methodologies to translate business and functional requirements into technical designs.Manage resource prioritization and allocation to optimize delivery.Minimum QualificationsBS or MS in Comp. Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, Statistics etc.6-10 years with relevant experience required. Experience with Data Quality frameworks/tools.Advanced working SQL and No-SQL knowledge and experience working with relational Databases (SQL/ORACLE/MySQL etc.,).Experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Data pipeline/Glue, Lambda, Dynamo DB etc.,)Knowledge in Salesforce, Siebel, SAP is a plus.Excellent data and statistical analytical skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
