Job Requisition ID #23WD68081Position OverviewAutodesk has been helping customers to design and make a better world for over a decade.    As the Lead of Employee Impact Enablement & Communications, you will lead internal marketing activities to empower Autodesk employees to make an impact at work. You will inspire, engage, and enable employees to participate in activities and initiatives that scale impact in alignment with our corporate impact strategy.  You will design and implement an internal marketing and communications strategy to drive awareness of our companywide impact opportunity and inspire employee action. You will design and promote initiatives, experiences, and community to engage and cultivate employees as enablers of customer impact. And, you will develop and amplify assets, tools, and trainings to drive alignment and understanding of impact at Autodesk, equipping key internal audiences to leverage our impact story to engage customers in sustainability.   Success in this role requires a willingness to move fluidly between strategy and execution. Responsibilities include a combination of strategic planning, copywriting, content creation, and delivery/distribution.  ResponsibilitiesLead development and stewardship of annual employee impact enablement strategy, collaborating with internal cross-functional partners,to identify and align the dynamic needs of key internal audiences to prioritize engagement and enablement activitiesDesign annual internal marketing and communications strategy to drive awareness of our companywide impact opportunity and inspire employee actionExecute on internal marketing and communications strategy, deploying an intentional cadence of communications tactics targeted to key employee audiencesDesign and promote employee initiatives and experiences to engage and cultivate employees as enablers of customer impactWrite, produce, and amplify assets, tools, and trainings to drive alignment and understanding of impact at Autodesk, equipping key internal audiences to leverage our impact story to engage customers in sustainabilityMaintain internal communications and enablement platforms to ensure clear and consistent messagingManage external vendors as necessary to produce enablement and engagement contentHandle the internal communication response to crisis situations Conduct regular strategy reviews focused on data-centric performance, lessons learned, and forward-looking improvement and optimization Minimum Qualifications10 years of experience in internal communications and/or employee engagementExcellent oral and written communication skills Resilient, flexible, adapts easily to shifting prioritiesFoundational understanding of Autodesk’s business, experience with cloud software companies, or familiarity with the industries Autodesk servesFoundational understanding of sustainability best practices across Autodesk’s key industries and how technology can help customers optimize environmental performance in design and make processesEmerging leader capable of developing clear vision and strategy while also executing on detailsDemonstrated success designing integrated marketing and communications strategies to reach specific audiences with relevant content across key channelsExcellent program management and organizational skills; including the ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneouslyA gifted storyteller who knows how to create emotional connections with an audienceExperience leading and working with cross-functional teams; excellent people skills with a strong ability to work collaboratively and influence othersExperience at a B2B software company, or familiarity with design and engineering software and Autodesk’s industries not required, but a plusClick below to learn more about our benefits in the US.https://benefits.autodesk.com/ At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $134,600 and $217,800. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
